Delete an account
Confispace makes two apps, and each has its own accounts. Find yours below: the steps are right here, and each app's own page has the details.
Confispace Attendee App
“Confispace” on the App Store and Google Play
- In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. It's immediate and can't be undone. Use Download my data first if you want a copy.
- Can't sign in? Email contact@confispace.com from your account's address, subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days, usually within a few days.
FieldWeave
“FieldWeave by Confispace” on the App Store and Google Play · Confispace Check-in
- Ask your event organizer's administrator: they can remove your account in Confispace Check-in at once.
- Or email contact@confispace.com from the address you sign in with, subject "FieldWeave account deletion request". We confirm it is you and answer within one month.
Organizations that buy from us
Ask us to close your organization's account from the client portal at org.confispace.com, as the customer terms describe.

Email contact@confispace.com and a real person replies within one business day, or use the contact form and choose "Just say hello". For privacy requests, put "Privacy request" in the subject.
