Ask Confispace
Send an email from the address you sign in with to contact@confispace.com, subject "FieldWeave account deletion request", and tell us which organizer or event the account is for, if you know. You can also use the contact form and choose "Just say hello". We confirm it is you, tell your organizer, and answer within one month.

Your event organizer's administrator can switch off or remove your account in Confispace Check-in at once.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted — your account: your email, role and event assignments, so nobody can sign in with it again.
- Kept by the event organizer — the work done for their events (guests registered, check-ins, leads), as part of the event's records, for as long as their agreement with Confispace says. Guests can ask the organizer about their own details (see the privacy policy).
- Kept for a short time — security logs, only as long as needed to protect the service or as the law requires.
Removing FieldWeave's data from one phone
In the app: Security → Erase everything on this phone. It warns first if anything has not been uploaded yet. Uninstalling the app also removes its data from the phone.
