For attendees

I can't find my event

Open Confispace and tap Events, then type the event code. You can also scan the QR code your organizer shares, or tap their join link on your phone: either opens the event straight away. Events that are open to everyone are listed in the app too.

Where do I get the event code?

From the event's organizer. It's in your invitation email or message, and often on your badge and on posters and screens at the venue. If you can't find it, ask the organizer or the event's help desk.

I didn't get the confirmation email

We email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address. Check your spam or junk folder, make sure you signed up with the email address you registered for the event with, and tap Send a new code after a minute.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. We email you a link to choose a new password.

How do I turn off notifications?

In your phone's settings: Settings → Notifications → Confispace on an iPhone, or Settings → Apps → Confispace → Notifications on Android.

How do I report or block someone?

Report a message, a profile, a photo or a meeting request from its menu; the person isn't told who reported them. Block someone from their profile: they can't message you or send you meeting requests in any event, and you won't see each other in attendee lists. Every report is acted on within 24 hours. How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Without the app, see delete your Confispace account.
