Email contact@confispace.com with "FieldWeave" in the subject, or use the contact form and choose "Just say hello". Say which event, which phone, and what you see on the screen. For your account, your event organizer can often help fastest.

Getting the app
Open confispace.com/fieldweave/get on your phone (or scan the QR code your organizer gives you). It opens the App Store on an iPhone or iPad and Google Play on Android. Phones need iOS 15 or Android 7 or newer.
Signing in
- Use the email and password your event organizer gave you. There is no sign-up in the app: your organizer creates the account and decides what it can do (door staff, registration desk, exhibitor or supervisor).
- Forgot your password? Your organizer can reset it in Confispace Check-in. Nothing on the phone is lost meanwhile.
- If the app says your phone was switched off, your access period ended, or this version can no longer be used, it tells you why; ask your organizer, or update the app from the store.
Working without a connection
After signing in, the event is downloaded to the phone, so scanning, registering, printing and leads keep working with no signal. The bar at the top says what is waiting; everything is sent by itself when the phone is back online, and nothing is lost. Before the doors open, use Ready to go offline? in the menu.

Tap the printer line under the registration form to add a printer. A printer problem never loses a registration: print the badge again from the list when the printer is back.
A lost or stolen phone
Tell your organizer straight away: they can switch the phone off in Confispace Check-in. FieldWeave's data on it is encrypted, and the app can be locked with the phone's PIN or fingerprint (menu → Security).
Languages
English, Spanish, German, French and Simplified Chinese. The app follows the phone's language, or choose one in the menu.
