These terms are for the people who use the FieldWeave app at an event. The event organizer's own agreement with Confispace (the customer terms) governs the service itself; these terms add what each person using the app agrees to.
1. Who may use FieldWeave
Only people who have been given a FieldWeave account by an event organizer's administrator or by Confispace. The account belongs to the organizer. It is for you alone: do not share your password or let someone else work under your account.
2. What it is for
Use FieldWeave only for the events your organizer assigned to you and only for the work they asked you to do: checking guests in, registering guests and printing their badges, and recording leads at a stand.
3. Guests' details
- Treat everything you see about guests as confidential. Use it only for the event.
- Do not copy guests' details out of the app except as your organizer instructs (for example an exhibitor's own lead export), and keep any such copy as safe as the app does.
- Enter only correct details, and only with the guest's knowledge.
4. Your phone
Keep the phone locked when you are not using it. If a phone with FieldWeave is lost or stolen, tell your organizer at once so they can switch it off; the data on it stays encrypted.
5. What is not allowed
- Using the app to harass anyone, to collect data for other purposes, or for anything unlawful.
- Trying to get around the sign-in, the roles, the limits an organizer sets, or the app's security.
- Copying, changing, taking apart or reselling the app.
6. Access can end
Your organizer or Confispace may limit, pause or end your access at any time, for example when your work at an event ends or if these terms are broken. Work that has not been uploaded stays on the phone until someone signs in again.
7. The app as provided
Confispace works to keep FieldWeave reliable, including without a network, and supports it as the organizer's agreement describes. As far as the law allows, the app is provided to the people using it as it is, and Confispace's responsibility to the organizer is set out in the customer terms. On an iPhone or iPad, Apple's standard license agreement for apps also applies.
